2. Can I register many users?
Each company will be able to register different users, who will be able to access the data of their company, see invoices, see prices, make orders, etc. In case you want a worker to register and be able to access the technical and safety data, but NOT other information, you must notify BOSSAUTO so we can assign the visitor profile.
3. I just signed in but I can’t log in
Once you have registered, the administrative team of BOSSAUTO will verify your data, accepting your access to the intranet, and you will receive a default email with your access code. At that time, you must access "Login / Register" again, indicate your username and password, specify "I am not a robot" and "ACCESS".
4. What does ‘intranet’ stand for?
Once you access your intranet you can see your order statement, your bill statement, view and modify your shipping addresses as well as consult and modify your personal data.
5. Why can I not see the prices?
First, you must register on the website to enter your intranet, where you can find the technical and safety information of the products and its prices, make orders, as well as consult their shipping addresses and their order history and bills.
6. How can I consult products and place orders?

7. How can I register my guarantee?
Accessing the web and entering the data of your company, the name of the distributor, brand and model of the product you wish to register, serial number, etc. Then, click on "SEND". Bossauto will send you a receipt of your product warranty registration in PDF format after verifying the purchase of this product. The guarantee is valid for one year from the day it is registered.
